BRANDI SMITH, M.A., Registered Psychologist
I have always been interested in the complex nature of people and their ability to move through difficult moments. I am grateful to be able to support people on this journey and am humbled by the strength I witness daily.
My therapy style has been described as direct but nurturing and has been effective with children, teens, and people struggling with trauma, attachment injuries, major life transitions, depression, and anxiety.
I am also trained in Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Somatic Therapy techniques that work with a client’s existing strengths and capacities. I have also worked within the Child and Family Services System, in the health care system, assessing children’s academic needs, and within the Family Law system.
