NATALIE MERENIUK M.C., Registered Provisional Psychologist

My journey to becoming a therapist is rooted in my deep interest in the brain, my medical background, and the joy I find in helping others lead fulfilling, healthy lives. These passions have driven me to work with non-profit organizations, schools, and various community outreach programs over the past 15+ years.

I approach therapy from a heart-centered, holistic approach that considers all facets of an individual. Empowerment and compassion are the foundation of my practice as we build a strong therapeutic bond that allows you to bravely confront discomforts and challenge perspectives for transformative change. My eclectic approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Psychosomatic and Mindfulness-Based Therapies, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy), and Play Therapy.

"What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you."

— Ralph Waldo Emerson
